A pretty nice digital TV tuner is the DigitalNow TinyUSB 2 DVB-t Receiver, which is actually a Twinhan USB2.0 DVB-T receiver (TwinhanDTV Alpha/MagicBox II). It was purchased from http://digitalnow.com.au/product_pages/tinyusb2.html.

Note that you may sometimes find that the application being used to view the television may not be keeping up with the video stream and at times will display a corrupt image and audio. Saving to file should not require much power, and so the signal is usually okay in that case.
