61.26 Nextcloud Troubleshooting

Continuous Loading into Browser

On a fresh install 20231102 I ended up seeing the browser tab continuously loading. A check of the logs

sudo most /var/snap/nextcloud/current/logs/nextcloud.log

showed

{"reqId":...,"level":3,...,"app":"richdocuments",...,
 "message":"Failed to fetch the Collabora capabilities ... Operation timed out..."}

Remove the app:

sudo nextcloud.occ app:remove richdocuments

That fixed in but can not edit word documents within Nextcloud now.
